For persons whose work creates growth in student enrollment and/or retention, this award goes to someone who goes over and beyond enrollment goals and student retention.

For persons whose work reflects continuous improvement, this award goes to someone who goes over and beyond to demonstrate ways to improve product, services, quality and effectiveness.

For persons whose work exhibits creativity in response to rapidly changing markets, this award goes to someone who goes over and beyond to creatively address the needs of NLU students and perspectives students.

For persons whose work contributes to a culture of inclusion, this award goes to someone who goes over and beyond to promote a University which welcomes and values students, faculty, staff and administrators.
