Applying for Admission

At National-Louis University you may submit an application on-line or by mail. Please submit your completed application, with all supporting documents, at least 4-6 weeks prior to the beginning of your program.

1. Download and print an application form:
   • For Northern Virginia/Washington DC and military online students:
     
     • NVDC Application for Admission (*PDF format)
     • All other NLU students: NLU Application for Admission (*PDF format)
       
       
2. Refer to the Admissions Checklist (see below) for program requirements.
   
   
3. Order required transcripts to be sent directly to:

4. Send your signed application, $40 application fee (fee is waived for active duty military) and supporting documents to the address above.
